Personal training sessions with Chris, are customized specifically to help each individual client achieve their desired goals and outcome.
Your first session with Chris, will include a fitness assessment and a strategy meeting to discuss your goals. Together with Chris, you will build out the most optimal plan of attack that will work around your lifestyle and allow you the greatest chance for success in achieving your desired fitness outcome.
No matter what level of health and fitness you are currently, Chris, will be able to design a program specifically tailored to you.

Since this is an in person one on one product that is designed to you and your goals specifically, all transactions are 100% final.
